2.All participants must complete registration and submit their entries via the Creative Planet online submission platform. The tentative timeframe for online submission is from mid-July 2026 to 4:00 PM on September 30, 2026. As subsequent steps—including eligibility verification, completeness checks, and the organization of the judging process—will be required, participating teams are advised to submit their entries well in advance of the deadline to avoid any impact on their eligibility due to network issues, missing materials, or non-compliant formats.

Each team must clearly designate a team leader, define member roles, and provide information on the supervising faculty member. Entries must be jointly completed by team members; impersonation, submission on behalf of others, or duplicate submissions of highly similar works are strictly prohibited.
4.Entries must revolve around the theme of “S-Robot Embodied Intelligence.” The Concept Track emphasizes forward-looking creativity, scenario imagination, and design expression; the Themed Track requires creations to adhere to the requirements, scenario conditions, technical parameters, and submission guidelines specified by the participating companies. For each track, the requirements regarding submission materials, team size, submission format, judging criteria, and intellectual property rights will be subject to the competition rules, problem statements, and requirements on the Creative Planet platform to be released at a later date (Appendix 1).

1.Entrants must be the original designers of their submitted works or the lawful owners of the relevant intellectual property rights. Submitted works must be original, free from any intellectual property disputes, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, or other lawful rights and interests of others. Furthermore, they must not be identical or highly similar to works that the entrant has already publicly released, authorized others to use, or provided to third parties.
2.If an entry includes images, fonts, models, software, open-source code, AI-generated content, third-party materials, or other non-original content, the entrant must ensure that they have obtained the necessary legal authorization and must truthfully indicate the source, method of use, and licensing status in the entry description or application materials. The entrant shall be solely responsible for any infringement disputes, ownership disputes, or legal liabilities arising from the entry.
3.If it is discovered that an entry involves plagiarism, copyright infringement, submission under a false name, false authorization, unclear ownership, infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, or any other violation of the contest rules, the Organizing Committee reserves the right, at any stage of the contest, to unilaterally disqualify the entry, revoke its status as a finalist, or revoke any award, and to reclaim any honors, including certificates, trophies, and awards. If prize money has already been disbursed, the payer of the prize money has the right to recover the corresponding amount and reserves the right to pursue further legal action.
4.By submitting an entry, participants grant the competition organizing committee, as well as the organizers, operators, co-organizers, and supporting entities, the right to use the submitted works and related materials—including text, images, videos, model photographs, and design descriptions—free of charge in non-commercial contexts related to the competition, such as judging, publicity and promotion, media coverage, online displays, offline exhibitions, the compilation and publication of anthologies, the development of case studies, the curation of talent databases, educational and research summaries, displays in virtual exhibition halls, and periodic exhibitions at the park. Prototyping, exhibitions, and the publication of results are integral components of the commercialization of this competition’s outcomes, and winners are expected to cooperate accordingly. If a winner refuses to cooperate with the disbursement of prize money, confirmation of copyright, prototyping of entries, or the signing of documents required for the display or commercialization of results, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to deem the winner to have automatically forfeited the relevant awards, prize money, and subsequent opportunities for display and commercialization.
